drop some weight, make fitting big turbo stuff easy, looks cool and helps out a small business, yes plz
anywho i mostly talk about removing the blower off the fairmont as its going to go on the bimmer swap and this fairmont would simply be cooler with a turbo making too much also helping bimmer not be a pig and get a nice hand me down christmas gift.

yes, still very reliable when done correctly and verified clean/flowed stock decaps can provide plenty of reliable fuel for 500whp turbo project or even if you have a wild all motor setup. Matt: the short runner sheetmetal intakes are hot garbo, murders mid-range Mott: this thickboi's gonna chooch hard! Get them before the slop tax hits!! Hope there's some back to back tests, or at least highly comparable stuff vs long runner intakes.
i like to test things i talk smack on to make sure my smack talk is relevant. i said nothing about people buying them, i said imma test it and visiually it looks like i got more than i paid for, and we will see how it does power wise on the dyno and i have thousands of runs to compare it too including probably 40 of the mustang previous hits

The extra holes are most likely to make it harder for the assembly workers to build them wrong. If they drilled only the holes used, the flanges would have to be welded on rotated. With the extra holes, the workers don't have to check which orientation needs to be used per side
The intake is double drilled so you can turn the intake backwards
You can do that stock
Are you going to run the 85/88s or the regular 85/88?

Unless u have a nascar this over kill 450 is 750 hp 2 1500 plus your stock fuel pump which normally is around 400-600 that’s already 2100 who tf is pushing 2100hp+ on the road to add an extra 3rd one is just a waste

They’re the back cylinders and farthest from the water pump and also up against firewall and trans so they usually have the most trouble on any engine like 2jz etc

Any reason you’re going back to turbo on this rather than the blower? I 100% support the decision, spooly bois are the best
This particular blower won’t support the project end goal and I tried to consider twin charged but one and the other will end up holding each other back so I am going to skip to the end and just turbo and put blower on the bmw that needs it instead of wasting two power adders on one car as cool as it would be, this smaller blower is a 700whp max effort guy and they have bigger blowers but we’re just moving it to the appropriate car for now

I have the same style intake and really like it with a GM 4bar TMap mounted on the back. It's cheap and works good enough for me.

Woah Woah Woah, did i miss the part where you tested the dual runner/TB and it didn't work out??? Also, this style of intake has been proven to loose QUITE a bit of power repeatedly, I'm genuinely surprised you'd even entertain one.... Yeah they're cheap and "look cool" but, i thought you were kinda past that phase in your life and were going for a more "worthwhile mods" journey. No offense, I'm just surprised that you'd even consider one of these intakes since they're kinda old news...
i explained in the video, im just trying it because i never have and stock intakes are 300+ without rails and bolts lol trust me when i say the damn stock intakes usually work best im the guy telling people that lol, so dont worry if it sucks i get to tell you guys and then put some plastic dirty garbage on

I bet they drill the bolt holes so that they can use the same flange on both sides, which also should allow someone to run the intake facing backwards if they wanted to.
Ls engines' bolt holes are already configured to be reversible
